Begin with the experience you need
Describe the occasion, attendance pattern and desired amenities. Ask about the offered trailer’s toilet and basin arrangement, lighting, climate features and entry points. Features vary; photographs should guide the conversation rather than stand in for specifications.
Explain which facilities already exist at the venue. A trailer intended to supplement indoor restrooms has a different role from the only available facilities for everyone present.
Review the full installation space
The site assessment should include vehicle approach, the trailer footprint, entry steps or other access arrangements, door clearance and service access. Supply a property contact who knows which areas may actually be used.
Ask what water and electrical arrangements the selected trailer needs and who supplies them. Do not assume a nearby socket or tap is suitable. Confirm a usable accessible arrangement with the organiser instead of relying on photographs of steps.
Schedule support around the activity
Discuss receiving, cleaning, replenishment and collection windows before the booking is settled. Tell the team if the venue closes immediately after the event or another booking follows it.
Send the Port Orange location and desired period to request an assessed proposal. Model availability and delivery timing remain subject to confirmation; a form submission alone does not reserve a trailer.
