Can I call before I know the equipment count?
Yes. Explain the people, hours of use and available permanent toilets. Include the address and known dates. The team can discuss the information needed for a suitable proposal without you choosing a model alone.
Do the photographs show our booked equipment?
No. Images are illustrative equipment examples, not proof of a specific local job or reserved inventory. Confirm the offered model, amenities and access requirements in the proposal.
Does a county link mean delivery is guaranteed?
No. The county directory includes regional planning enquiries subject to address and route review. A form submission does not reserve equipment, and calls accepted 24/7 do not imply round-the-clock delivery.
Who approves placement and looks after supplies?
The property operator approves the area that may be used. The provider assesses the equipment arrangement and service access. Ask what cleaning and supplies are included, who checks conditions between visits and how to report a change.
What if the date or site plan changes?
Contact the team to review the revised requirement before moving equipment or assuming an extension. Keep the collection entrance and receiving person available through the end of the hire.
